Donna Fusco - CFO

Donna Fusco, Chief Financial Officer, moved to Maine in the late 70's after growing up in New Jersey with her two siblings.  She worked at the University of Maine from 1980 to 1986 as a research assistant in social sciences and then in the plant and soil sciences department.  During her time at UMO, she received her degree in Elementary Education and shortly after was offered a temporary teaching job in Milo, Maine.  From there, Donna taught math in Belfast for two years followed by four years in Old Orchard Beach.  She decided to take a break from teaching in 1993 and moved back to New Jersey to start her own tutoring business.  Missing Maine too much, she returned 6 months later and decided to start doing temporary work until she figured out what her next career move would be.  It was during this time that she landed a job with Warren at Irrigation Systems of Maine. During Donna's first two years, sales jumped 400% because Warren was able to go out and acquire more business in the field while she took care of the office. Donna has been with the company for eighteen years and went from being a part-time temporary worker to becoming the company's CFO and in charge of the internal operations.
